Combat RUN! (Hyper-Casual Mobile Runner Prototype)
This was a level-based hyper-casual runner game built as a portfolio project to demonstrate my ability to create polished mobile gameplay, monetization systems, scalable level design tools, UI flow, and full game-loop structure inside Unity.

My Role
Game Developer, I designed and built the entire game, including gameplay logic, level tools, UI systems, ad integration, monetization, and game flow. I used third-party models, animations, and VFX, but everything else, scripting, logic, systems, tools, audio, menus, and game structure was created by me.
What I Delivered
Gameplay & Core Systems
Fast-paced runner movement and obstacle logic
Integrated 12 unique weapons, each supporting 5 different animation sets
Weapon switching, attack logic, and hit detection
Smooth level transitions with polished timing and flow
Level Design & Tools
Built a custom level creation script allowing designers to easily build new stages without touching core code
Implemented a reusable object placement workflow
Added editor helpers to visualize level flow and spawns
Monetization & Player Progression
Full ad integration (rewarded ads, interstitials)
Daily rewards system with configurable schedules
In-app purchases for removing ads and unlocking premium features
Persistent player data saving (progress, currency, unlocks)
Audio & Visual Experience
A different soundtrack for each level for variety and pacing
Mobile-friendly VFX (muzzle flashes, impacts, environment effects)
Post-processing tuned for clarity and color consistency on mobile
Screen shake, hit feedback, and micro-interactions for responsiveness
UI & Experience
Animated UI elements (buttons, transitions, pop-ups)
Main menu, settings, shop, and reward screens
Polished win/lose screens and progression UI
Mobile-friendly touch input and interaction logic

Combat RUN! successfully showcased my ability to build a complete, monetizable, mobile-ready hyper-casual game from the ground up.
